Our Resources Page is your gateway to the tools the the Whittier Area Genealogical Society (WAGS) provides on our website to assist you on your genealogy journey.
We have provided a brief explanation of each of these resources and a link to each related page below.
President's Pen
The President's Pen is a monthly column written by our WAGS President, Kristina Newcomer.
In each installment of The President's Pen, Kristina provides a summary of our latest meeting and often provides examples of how she has used the material provided by our speaker to further her own research.
The President's Pen is published in our members-only monthly newsletter, WAGS Family Tales, and we offer the most recent installments on our website as a resource for you to apply Kristina's experience and advice to your own genealogy research.
Research Requests
Our Research Director will complete up to two hours of research focusing on your Whittier area ancestor. There is no charge for this service. However, donations are gratefully accepted.
For more details about our research policy and instructions on how to submit your request, visit our Research Requests page.
