We will present our 44th Annual Seminar on Saturday, January 30, 2027, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is a virtual event featuring three nationally known genealogical speakers  For the 2027 Seminar, our theme is The Pen Is Mightier Than the Pedigree Chart.  Each presenter will be speaking about a different aspect of family history writing: how to start writing, tips on how to make our stories more engaging, and insights on how to publiish our work to preserve it for future generations.  Our virtual doors will open at 8:30 a.m. to allow time for our attendees to chat and find out a bit more about our society.   At about 9:10 a.m., our President will welcome everyone with a brief introduction detailing the day's activities. Following the President's Welcome, the first presentation will begin.  There will be 30-minute breaks between speakers. After the final speaker concludes at about 1:00 p.m., we will hold a drawing and give out door prizes.  Everyone who signs up to attend will be eligible for the drawing.
