WAGS Surname Database

The WAGS Surname Database is one of the benefits of being a WAGS member. While anyone may search the database, only WAGS members are eligible to contribute surnames to the database.

How to Use the Surname Database:
You can use the magnifying glass symbol to search for a specific surname or you can scroll down the page to see all of the surnames in the database.

If you see a surname that may be a match for your genealogy, click on the envelope symbol to the left of the name. This will open an email to the contributing WAGS member where you can explain your connection to the surname, ask for more information, and begin corresponding with the member.

NOTE: You will not be able to see the member's email address or any other information unless they respond to you.
