Immigration and naturalization law changes in 20th century America affected many nationalities. A general review of ports of entry, laws, and the naturalization process will demonstrate how one man's naturalization influenced his Italian-born son and wife's life experiences along with additional records created to tell their story. This presentation dives into understanding how to link immigration records together to discover passports, visas, C-files and A-files that may not be available online.
