How do I renew my membership?

Online renewal is only available 45 days before the renewal date and during our generous 90-day grace period after the renewal due date.

All annual memberships expire on May 31st, so the renewal period is from April 16th through August 31st.

If you want to renew and the grace period has expired, contact our Membership Director at membership@wagswhittier.org for assistance.

Online Membership Renewal Instructions

  1. Click on Log In at the right of the Main Menu at the top of your screen.
  2. Use your Login Name and Password to log in.
  3. If you are in the renewal period, a message appears stating "Please pay for your plan."
  4. Click on the blue "pay" link.
  5. The dollar amount for your renewal will be prefilled.
  6. You may make an optional donation by entering the amount in the Donation space.
  7. You must choose a payment method - either PayPal or Stripe.
    1. You do not have to have an account with either PayPal or Stripe. They are the two platforms we use to process payments.
    2. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal payments.
    3. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards, as well as GooglePay.
    4. Click on the blue JOIN button and provide your payment information as requested.
    5. If you are interrupted and cannot complete the transaction when you return, follow the steps above with the following exceptions:
      1. The JOIN button will now be a RENEWAL button and will not be inactive.
      2. A red button labeled UNPAID will appear below the RENEWAL button.
      3. Click on the Link symbol to the right of the UNPAID button.
      4. Continue to provide your payment information as requested by either PayPal or Stripe.
  8. When you have completed the payment process, depending upon your payment method, you may receive up to three emails.
    1. The first email is the confirmation of your ORDER.
    2. The second email is the confirmation of your PAYMENT.
    3. The final email is your notification that you have successfully renewed your membership for another year.
