Try entering "beginning" or "beginner" in the search box to find webinars that are specially designed for new genealogists.
Videos for Beginners
YouTube offers many videos and video series whose target audience is the beginning genealogist. Go to YouTube.com and enter "beginning genealogy" in the search box to find them.
